Hebei Daily News (correspondent Peng Yuejuan reporter Shi Yuan) On September 2, the China Machinery Industry Federation organized experts to identify high-performance oriented electrical steel products for the UHV DC converter transformer of Qian 'an Shougang, and unanimously agreed to pass the identification of new products (technology). It is believed that the electromagnetic properties, surface quality, dimensional accuracy and other technical performance indicators of 27SQGD085 and 23SQGD085 series products developed by Shougang meet the requirements of national standards and State Grid Corporation and other standards, and the comprehensive performance indicators reach the international leading level of similar products. • It is reported that Qian 'an Shougang high-performance oriented silicon steel project is located in Hebei Qian 'an Economic Development Zone, completed and put into operation in June this year, with a total construction area of 16,000 square meters, a total investment of 1.72 billion yuan, the main construction of decarbonizing annealing unit, ring furnace, stretching flat unit, shear line, packaging line and related supporting facilities. By improving the new electromagnetic manufacturing technology, the project has broken through core technologies such as electromagnetic performance, plate size and coating quality control, gradually realizing the stable production of thin specifications such as 0.20mm, 0.18mm and 0.15mm, and realizing the normal production and supply of 500 kV and above oriented silicon steel ultra-high voltage transformers. It has enhanced the competitiveness of China's oriented silicon steel products in the international market and successfully replaced imported products. •
